Barcode Solutions was formed in 1987 and has since developed a range of software solutions for specialist applications in the retail and distribution marketplace. The initial software development concentrated on retail bookselling and culminated in the release of BookSCAN, a sophisticated, powerful and fully networked program, handling all aspects of inventory control and point of sale. The success of BookSCAN lead to modifications and implementation in other environments and the software now spans a range of applications for:
