On line phone, modem and broadband support is always available for operational solutions and is included in your initial purchase for the first year of operation. After this your support is guaranteed by your annual software license, support and maintenance agreement.
We have developed a comprehensive web based in house ticketing (call logging) system that sees all calls, fax requests and e-mail correspondence logged and allocated to the appropriate technical or operational support personnel. Immediate priority is given to any customer whose ability to process sales is in jeopardy. The software has an in built Standby Point of Sale facility that allows shops to process sales even when their system is not operational. Once the system is back at work these sales can be downloaded and the files are updated.
The support system builds a rich service history for each customer. This allows us to track any ongoing technical or operational issues and more easily pinpoint any trouble spots. In this way we are able to offer advice and training when we recognise that a customer has a need.
Our on-line modem and broadband support system means that the vast majority of service calls can be handled off site. On site assistance is, of course, available when the need arises.
