Barcode Solutions recognises that the successful implementation and operation of computer software is only achieved through a comprehensive and well structured training plans. To this end we have constructed a multi tiered training program that starts from the time of installation and continues throughout the business partnership.
Our training commences prior to installation when our training team makes contact with you and discusses your requirements for initial training. In this way we will form a profile of your business and determine a program for training that will see the maximum benefit derived for you and your personnel. Issues canvassed at this time will include pin pointing key operational staff in areas like Point of Sale, Receiving, Invoicing and Ordering. Having done so, an on site training schedule will be compiled with a view to maximising benefit and maintaining the smooth day to day operation of your business. The skills learned during this initial training are fundamental to the successful implementation and day to day running of your new computer system.
Ongoing training will cement the skills learned during this period as well as familiarise you with the more sophisticated and managerial aspects of the software. The training that is undertaken after this phase is divided into three stages and covers the full operational spectrum of e-bility ™ . Classroom sessions are conducted on a regular basis in our training rooms and also interstate and overseas. For those customers wanting individual sessions we can organise a time and venue to our mutual liking. All training sessions are priced at current market rates.
